Vendor Registration

Our April 25th show is now fully booked, and registration is officially closed.
Any new requests for this date will not be processed, and no additional invoices will be issued.

We still have limited tables available for our May 16th show, though space is filling quickly.
Vendors interested in participating are encouraged to submit registration as soon as possible to secure availability.

If you previously registered for an earlier show and would like to participate in the May event as well,
a separate registration is required. Any applicable discounts will be reflected in your invoice.

Invoices will continue to be issued on a rolling basis.

Maximum file size: 5MB

We suggest that your company logo should be 500 pix x 500 pix or larger in a 1:1 Ratio. The image can be in jpeg, gif or png format. By default, a logo is not required. However, one is required before your company is added to our vendor list page but can be submitted at a later time.

April 25th: $45 per 8 foot table.
April 25th: Thank you for being a Founding Vendor!
You will save an additional $10.00 Per table for this show!($35.00 per table)
May 16th: $50 per 8 foot table
Because you are registering for both of our spring shows you will save 50% off of our May 16th show table price.

No payment is required right now. You will be invoiced separately.
